# I. Pancake

**1.1 Giới thiệu chung:** Pancake áp dụng chế độ thời gian thực (Real-time update), đảm bảo cho việc tổng hợp một cách đầy đủ các trao đổi tới Facebook pages, Instargam, Whatsapp của bạn trong thời gian ngắn nhất. Pancake tổng hợp các cuộc hội thoại từ Fanpage, Instagram, Whatsapp và hiển thị ngay trên 1 giao diện để cho người dùng dễ dàng sử dụng quản lý nhiều platforms cùng một lúc.

**Bước 1: Vào Pancake.** Để sử dụng phần mềm, bạn cần truy cập tới: [](https://pages.fm) [**Pancake**](https://pages.fm/)

**Bước 2: Đăng nhập.** Đối với khách hàng lần đầu tiên đăng nhập, Pancake cần người dùng cung cấp quyền để có thể lấy dữ liệu inbox, comment và có thể trả lời thông qua [**API**](https://developers.facebook.com/docs/) của Facebook.

**Bước 3: Cấp quyền.** Nếu bạn đã đăng nhập, chỉ cần bấm tiếp tục là được. Nếu bạn lần đầu đăng nhập, đọc Bước 4.

**Bước 4.1: Xác định Pancake được làm.** Trong bước tiếp theo, bạn sẽ xác định xem Pancake v2 có thể làm gì với tài khoản đã chọn. (Nếu có thì liên kết, nếu không bấm tiếp ở bước này)

**Bước 4.2: Xác định Trang bạn muốn sử dụng cùng Pancake.** Chọn tất cả, hoặc chỉ chọn những trang bạn cần.

**Bước 4.3: Cấp phép Pancake được làm gì.** Cần chọn hết để Pancake hoạt động được, chọn **"XONG"** ở bước này.

**Bước 5: Hoàn thành.** Bấm OK
