# Tạo công việc trên CRM

## Tạo công việc trên giao diện Pancake CRM

Có 2 cách để tạo một công việc trên CRM

**Cách 1:**  bạn truy cập vào phần `Công việc của tôi` -> `Công việc` -> `+ Công việc mới`

**Cách 2:** Bạn có thể tạo trực tiếp công việc từ thông tin của khách hàng (như ảnh dưới đây)

Sau đó, bạn điền Tiêu đề, ngày đáo hạn (Deadline), và có thể chọn bảng, chọn khách hàng tương ứng với công việc, phân công nhân viên xử lý  chọn Danh mục công việc (có thể bổ sung các danh mục để phân loại)

Sau khi tạo công việc thành công, sẽ hiển thị list công việc đã tạo, các nhân viên chỉ có thể nhìn thấy Công việc của họ. Ngoài ra bạn có thể theo dõi tiến độ công việc, áp dụng bộ lọc theo nhân viên, danh mục, ngày hết hạn

Trong phần chi tiết công việc nhân viên có thể ghi chú để Ghi nhận tiến độ công việc với từng khách, và Admin cũng có thể tạo nhắc nhở với nhân viên được phân công.

Sau khi nhân viên hoàn thành công việc có thể tích chọn vào ô check box và công việc sẽ được hiển thị trong phần `Hoàn thành`

## Tạo công việc trên giao diện Pancake

Bạn có thể tạo trực tiếp cồng việc trên pancake bằng cách click vào Button `+ Công việc`
