With the aim of helping you to reply to comments and messages as quickly as possible, Pancake automatically aggregates all exchanges into a single interface, as well as providing basic function buttons right below the exchange content such as like, hide, delete, view comments directly on Facebook, respond privately by message from comments to guests (only works for Fan Pages that have been updated by Facebook with the function of sending messages to guests before).
In addition, in the feedback input box, you can choose to reply according to quick reply templates and insert photos.
Note 1
- Comment information is still saved in pages.fm even if the comment or the entire post is deleted on Facebook. 2- To avoid missing any exchanges in Fan Page, you should activate the "show unread conversations at the top" mode in the general settings of pages.fm 3- When using pages.fm, if you see that the image is not displayed or cannot insert the image into the comment, there are 2 main reasons: you are not logged in to Facebook, or the host file used to access your Facebook is not compatible. You can fix this by logging in to Facebook in another tab of the browser or turning on the error correction mode for images not displayed in the settings section. 4- You can manage multiple Fanpages by opening multiple tabs on the same browser or using the merge pages mode to manage them in one interface 5- When encountering spammers, troublemakers or bad behavior that affects the Fan Page, you can block the Facebook ID right on the chat interface by clicking on the block button on the right side of the chat box, under the customer's name. 6- If you want to review the conversation with the customer on Facebook, click on the arrow at the top of the chat box. If you want to know information about the customer's personal page, just click on the customer's avatar and a new window will appear next to that customer's Facebook.
