POS - Webcake - Xendit - CRM - Botcake - Pancake

This feature is to support users in storing customer information and tracking payment status from Xendit's system, Send automessage to customer.

1. POS - Webcake - Xendit

You can refer to how to add Xendit configuration into Webcake by following the link below:

2. Xendit - Pancake CRM

• On CRM: Configuration -> Applications -> Add -> Add Integrate Xendit payment app

• Config Sync Xendit

In API Keys Section:

• Get Webhook verification tokenon Xendit and Paste to CRM

• Get Xendit secret key on Xendit and Paste to CRM

• Choose Read permission and set Name of API key

• Copy the Secret API key on Xendit and paste on CRM

In Customer Section, match the field of table Xendit payment of to a table on CRM

In Bill Section, Copy the CRM Pancake api to paste on Xendit

• Click Test and Save

3. CRM - Botcake

Automated Messaging via Messenger/Waba

When you complete, the Amount and Status Payment of Xendit is sync from Xendit after a payment on Xendit is created and CRM will trigger the Botcake sequence base on the status of payment
