# 2.4.1 Function to send photos and stickers

**Reason:** Facebook does not allow API to send photos via Inbox or multiple photos at the same time via user comments to avoid spam with images. So to be able to send photos to customers via messages or multiple photos via comments, you must download the pancake **extension** to be able to send.

**Solution:** Click on this link, click Add to chrome or Add to chrome, then go to pancake and press Ctrl + Shift + R to reload and you will be able to send (note that Extension only supports Chrome and Coc Coc)
