Once you have integrated call center into Pancake CRM software, you can make a call to any phone number
Or call a customer who has left a phone number recorded in the system.
You can check Call History for each customer in detail information of customer, so that you can track the Type, Date, Recording (You can playback, download or get a link of the recording), Call duration.
You can also give permission to users who can use call center feature
