# Call Center Feature on Pancake CRM

The integrated call center feature allows users to make calls to customers directly on the Pancake CRM software, supporting call history tracking, call duration and call recording.

* Once you have integrated call center into Pancake CRM software, you can make a call to any phone number

* Or call a customer who has left a phone number recorded in the system.

* You can check Call History for each customer in detail information of customer, so that you can track the Type, Date, Recording (You can playback, download or get a link of the recording), Call duration.
